Digi Pioneers Inc. provides Shopify apps and related services, including FileDrop, a Shopify app for customer uploads, personalization text, and product preview workflows.

2. Use of the website and apps

You agree to use our website and apps only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with Shopify rules, applicable laws, and these terms.

3. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for their Shopify stores, products, customer communications, order fulfillment, uploaded content they choose to accept, and compliance with laws that apply to their business.

4. Customer-uploaded content

FileDrop may allow customers to upload images, text, or files. Merchants are responsible for reviewing uploaded content and ensuring they have the right to use it for the requested order.

5. App availability

We work to keep our services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, changed, or removed as the product evolves.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Digi Pioneers Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or apps.
